Our caring, supportive staff enjoy making a positive difference in the lives of those who live at Juliana Village. It’s a relaxed and cheerful place to be, where residents know they are genuinely valued as individuals, each with their own contribution to make. Our purpose is for every member of our community to be cared for with respect and dignity.
The continued wellbeing of our residents is always our number one priority, and we include in that care support for our residents’ families, which is so important as the needs of loved ones change.
Governance
The Juliana Village Board is made up of long term volunteers who have been involved in the life and fabric of the village for many years. Their experience and dedication are invaluable, ensuring that our community runs smoothly and is a genuinely happy place in which to live and work.
Juliana Village is regularly audited to ensure that the highest degree of resident care is maintained. We are accredited by the Australian Government Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, which means that we meet their exacting high standards and demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement of quality care and services for all residents.
