A beautiful and very rare Royal Dutch Delftware plate of Queen Juliana of the Netherlands has been donated to Juliana Village, Miranda to celebrate it’s 45th Anniversary.
The plate was designed by the famous Mar de Bruin.
General Manager, Rachael Ellender, said that Paulos Breedveld was very generous to share this gift with the residents of the Village.
The official unveiling of the plate was attended with the residents during a luncheon on the 24th of November, 2025.
It is displayed in a beautiful cabinet in our main dining room for all of our visitors and residents to view.
A speech of thankfulness was delivered to celebrate the inclusive care that hundreds of residents and families have received in the Sutherland Shire since the Village opened.
